August is usually one of the hardest months of the year. It's great to get the additional sign-ups, anticipating the return of the European domestic soccer season, however, that comes with the added pressure to start well— while relying on last season’s analytics and gut-plays. Fortunately, a lot of that pressure was alleviated by a host of winning Olympic Futures, giving us some bankroll padding to find our feet with the new season.

After a poor opening weekend - largely ruined by a lacklustre Sunday - we bounced back remarkably, securing 13.6 Units between August 22nd and August 25th— which included a 14-1 Soccer run. Unfortunately, we finished the month poorly and gave several Units back, finishing £1336 up for August— which I would’ve taken at the start of the month, but it was disappointing to cross the 20 Unit marker and then to hand a chunk of it back. With that said, August is in the books and it ultimately resulted in the 135th month of consecutive and transparent profit— banked and logged, and on to the next.
